Returns Policy



Any unused and undamaged goods can be returned for a refund, with postage at the purchasers cost. Note that refunds must be returned within a 7 day period of you receiving the goods.

Upon inspection of the goods by Toplock, if satisfied that they are still in "new" condition, then we will refund the purchase cost via your original payment gateway. Note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are well packed for the return delivery to us, we would suggest using the original packing materials for that process.
